Include the material, thickness and order quantity with your drawing. Mark critical dimensions, small details and visible edges so we can quote the right cutting method and edge finish. Achievable tolerances and part sizes depend on the sheet and design.

Add logos, graphics and product information to acrylic signs and display panels with UV digital printing. Combine printing and cutting in one order for shaped panels and branded components.

Send artwork at the finished size, together with the print face, viewing direction and color reference. Cast acrylic

A common choice for engraved lettering and polished display components. Specify the thickness, detail size and visible edges.

Extruded acrylic

For cut panels and profiles. Cutting settings and the finished edge differ from cast acrylic.

Mirror acrylic

For reflective signs and decorative parts. The mirror coating and painted or adhesive backing determine the suitable cutting method.

Hard-coated acrylic

For panels with added surface protection. Coating compatibility, cut edges and ink adhesion need to be checked for the intended design.

Acrylic CNC cutting, drilling, polishing and acrylic sheet cut-to-size supply are available alongside laser cutting. We plan the fabrication sequence around your cutouts, holes, print and surface finish.

1. Tell us the acrylic type, thickness, finished dimensions and quantity.
2. Send the latest drawing and artwork, with critical dimensions and tolerances marked.
3. Receive a quote covering material, fabrication and any samples or print proofs.
4. Approve the specification and any sample or proof before production.
5. Provide the delivery destination, required date and packing or labeling instructions.

Sheet minimums are 200 pcs for non-cast products and 50 pcs for cast acrylic. The quote will specify the minimum finished-part quantity, setup and sample costs, and lead time for your design.

What file formats do you accept for acrylic cutting and printing?

Send a dimensioned PDF with any CAD or vector files, such as DXF, DWG or AI. Include the original artwork for printing. We will check the files and let you know if anything needs to change for production.

What is your acrylic laser cutting tolerance?

The achievable tolerance depends on the material, thickness and part geometry. Mark critical dimensions and required tolerances on your drawing; we will confirm what we can produce before you place the order.

Can you print and cut acrylic in one order?

Yes. You can combine sheet supply, UV printing and cutting in one order. Send the artwork, print orientation and cut paths so we can plan the work around the sheet surface and finish.

Can you laser cut mirror or hard-coated acrylic?

The mirror backing, adhesive or hard coating can affect cutting and the finished edge. Send the sheet specification and drawing so we can check whether laser cutting is suitable or recommend another available process.

Do you offer individual retail cutting jobs?

This service is for wholesale sheet and fabrication orders. Send your material, finished dimensions and quantity for the applicable minimum order and pricing.
