Automated hard-coating capability: Our automated nano hard-coating line has a documented 4-6H capability range. The clear and mirror PMMA sheets offered here have a 6H hard coat, applied to one or both sides.
Base sheets and coating options: Choose single-sided coating for furniture panels or double-sided coating for higher-volume electronics orders. Clear base sheets are 0.6-8 mm thick in 1220 x 2440 mm and 1830 x 1220 mm sizes. Mirror base sheets are 0.6-6 mm thick in 1830 x 1220 mm. We also offer clear PS with a 2H hard coat and PS mirror options. Cast acrylic is a separate product: 1.8-50 mm thick, 1220 x 2440 mm, with a 50 pcs MOQ.
