01Do I need final drawings before asking for a quote?
No. Send the details you have, such as a sketch, reference image, approximate dimensions and quantity. Final drawings and specifications are needed before custom parts go into production.
02Can I order custom colors and finishes?
Yes. Tell us the color and finish you need, along with the sheet type, size and quantity. A color reference or sample helps us quote your requirements.
03Can I see the factory before ordering?
Yes. Ask for factory photos or an online tour in your message. Our team can show you the products, equipment and packing areas.
04What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 50 pieces for cast acrylic and 200 pieces for non-cast sheets, including clear, mirror, hard-coated, painted mirror and PS sheets.
